Refund Policy

Cancellation Right: You have the option to cancel this Contract within 14 days without providing any reasons. To exercise this right, kindly notify us of your decision to cancel by visiting the “Refunds” section in your account within the 14-day period beginning the day after you received the Product. The Product must remain unopened, untampered, and in resalable condition.

Returning the Product: To initiate the return process, please send an email to customerservices@maeabeauty.com . The Product you return must be unopened and in its original packaging unless you are claiming that it is defective. You must return the Product to us without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us.

Refund Process: If the Product is not defective, we will issue a full refund for the price of the Product. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods, as we do not cover any shipping costs for successful refunds.

If the Product is found to be defective, we will provide a refund and cover the cost of delivery and return charges.

Once we receive the returned product, we will process the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after receiving the Product from you. We will typically refund the money using the original payment method unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Expiry of Cancellation Right: If you have not notified us of the cancellation of the Contract or that a Product is defective within the 14-day period starting from the day after you received the Product, you will forfeit the right to return the Product thereafter.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and promptly contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and rectify it. If you fail to notify us of a cancellation of the Contract or a defective Product within the 14-day period starting from the day after you received the Product, you will lose the right to return the Product thereafter.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Regrettably, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards and does not apply to any sale in our Black Friday promotions as products are non – refundable and non – returnable.

Exchanges: For the quickest resolution, please return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
